We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our Inbound US Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers from the United States, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and identifying suitable opportunities to recommend additional products or services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in achieving sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements by actively listening and asking relevant questions.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, offers, and policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections with patience and professionalism.
- Create positive customer experiences while working toward sales and revenue objectives.
- Record customer interactions, requests, and sales-related information accurately in the CRM system.
- Work toward individual and team performance targets, including service and sales metrics.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, processes,



and relevant industry developments.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and established call-handling procedures.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, inside sales, or a voice-based process is preferred.
- Customer-oriented attitude with valuable listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations and sales-related discussions.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM or customer management systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- 3-year diploma holders may also apply.
