We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about helping customers and providing top-notch service, this role is perfect for you! Freshers are welcome to apply.

? Location: Whitefiled, Bengaluru, India

⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office- 9 am to 6 pm day shift ( Monday to Friday ). Sat & Sun fixed off.

? Role: Customer Care Executive (Female)

What You'll Do: ? Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

? Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

? Maintain positive relationships with customers

? Document customer interactions and feedback

? Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution





? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For: ✅ Excellent communication skills in English and local languages

✅ Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude

✅ Ability to work under pressure and multitask

✅ Basic computer skills (MS Office)

✅ Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
