Role Description The Customer Care Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves handling client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Daily responsibilities include resolving service-related issues, updating clients on their accounts or services, and coordinating with internal teams to address client requests.

Executive will maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up on pending cases, and support sales or relationship managers with client communication.



The role also includes gathering client feedback to improve service quality and contributing to a positive, skilled client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
