Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate records using basic spreadsheet tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally via phone, chat, or email
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain and update customer data, logs, and reports using Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Technical:



Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets (data entry, basic formulas, updating records)
- Experience: Minimum 1 years in a customer support / customer service role
- Equipment: Must own a personal laptop
- Connectivity: Must have a stable Wi-Fi connection at home (as backup/remote access may occasionally be required)
- Location: Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate
- Availability: Should be able to join immediately

Work Mode & Compensation Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO), Kolkata

Salary Budget: Up to ₹18,000/month
