- Educational Qualification· Graduate Fresher’s are eligible. · Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience. · Undergraduate fresher’s may be considered only if they possess exceptional communication skills. · Candidates should not have any examinations scheduled within the first 4 months of joining. Exclusions:
- Fresh graduates from B.Pharma, BCA, BA LLB, and B.Tech streams are not eligible for this requirement. · Candidates from these educational backgrounds may be considered only if they possess 6–12 months of relevant customer service experience and meet the required communication standards.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. · Candidates must be proficient in both English and Hindi. · English proficiency should be equivalent to Versant Level 4 or above.
