Officer Customer Accounts Relations

Job Summary

The Officer Customer Accounts Relations will be responsible for supporting smooth financial and billing operations across branches while ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and compliance with internal processes. The role involves coordinating with branch teams, supporting stock returns and credit note processing, assisting marketing activities, and providing timely operational support to management. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, communication, and coordination abilities across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

- Handle branch billing and invoice processing accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve billing and account-related requirements.
- Manage stock return documentation and credit note processing.
- Support reconciliation of financial transactions and branch records.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for finance and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial and billing records.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and company protocols.
- Identify and follow up on discrepancies in billing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and provide necessary reports and information to management.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial and operational assignments.
- Coordinate effectively with different branches and internal departments.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.




- B.Com or MBA qualification will be preferred.
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Experience

- 24 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounting, or financial operations.
- Experience in branch coordination and financial reconciliation will be an advantage.
- Experience handling stock returns and credit notes is preferred.
