- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of business process workflows and their integration within Workday Recruiting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques related to Workday Recruiting.
