Job Name - Finance & Controls Manager - CSR

Job Purpose - To support the overall financial management and operational controls of the regions handled to ensure smooth and timely executions of the projects

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management

- Ensuring payments are processed within TAT and as per the financial plan • Verifying and ensuring UCs are submitted on time for reversal of advance payment • Ensuring accurate flagging of cost data • Managing monthly/annual reconciliation of data

Process management and controls
- Maintaining and dissemination information as required by stakeholders • Managing project initiation documentation with partners • Managing the onboarding process for the partners and ensuring all the compliances are fulfilled • Facilitating empanelment process of vendors and put-up approvals across applications within the approved TAT • Identify any process deviations and seek appropriate approvals

To oversee administrative requirements and hiring for the region
- To support the administrative needs of the teams, prepare budgets,



schedules and other team reports as needed • Managing the hiring and induction for new joinees in the CSR department

Documentation and MIS Management
- To check documents submitted and seek clarifications/bills where required
- Raise requests for payments post verification of (UC and call reports) • To review and publish payment status on monthly basis • To maintain records of approvals, payments, receipts, invoices, tax exemptions as required for audit purpose • Maintaining and updates information on program financials regularly

Educational Qualifications - Graduate preferable with experience of having worked in a social setup in a supportive role, experience in reporting impact assessment will be an added value operations role is desired
