Position :Customer Support Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Job Responsibilities
· Handle customer queries through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
· Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
· Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Follow up with customers regarding their queries and requests.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
· Explain company services and processes clearly to customers.
· Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or senior when required.
Required Skills

· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
