Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CSD Sales / Operations professional with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in handling Canteen Stores Department (CSD) business. The candidate will be responsible for managing CSD operations, orders, documentation, billing, inventory coordination, and relationships with CSD authorities and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end CSD business operations, including order processing, billing, dispatch and documentation.
- Handle CSD indent/orders, supply schedules, pricing and product listings.
- Coordinate with CSD depots, canteens, distributors and internal sales teams.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of CSD-related documents, invoices and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of CSD orders, sales, stock, payments and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Sales teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of products as per CSD requirements.
- Handle CSD-related queries, discrepancies, returns and reconciliation.
- Track product approvals, registrations,



documentation and other CSD requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, MIS and business updates for management.
- Maintain robust professional relationships with CSD stakeholders and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CSD processes, commercial terms and company policies.

Desired Skills

- Good communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to independently manage CSD accounts and resolve operational issues.

Qualification Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a background in Sales, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in CSD sales/operations, preferably with an FMCG, Consumer Goods, Personal Care, Cosmetics or similar organization.
