Primary owner of sales analytics, responsible for transforming complex data into intuitive, actionable Tableau dashboards. This role bridges the gap between raw data (via Salesforce and other sources) and strategic sales initiatives, managing the end-to-end reporting workflow through Jira to ensure stakeholder needs are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that cater directly to the analytics needs of the Sales Team.
Data Blending & Analysis: Extract and blend data from multiple sources to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Create logical wireframes for proposed reports to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements before full-scale development.
Documentation: Draft and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, report logic, and dashboard user guides.
Salesforce Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to pull necessary data and build foundational reports.
Workflow Management: Leverage Jira for day-to-day task management, tracking project progress, and managing feature requests.
