We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Associates to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product assistance.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure proper replenishment and availability of products.
- Support billing and checkout operations as required.
- Handle product tagging, stock movement, and basic inventory activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Support stock receiving, sorting, and merchandising activities.
- Report damaged, missing,
or misplaced products to the Store Management.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve daily operational and sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduates are also welcome.
- Freshers and candidates with retail experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a retail/store environment.
- Adaptable to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
