Job Responsibilities

- NSDL & Compliance Operations
- Handling NSDL-related work for Pass Through Certificates (PTCs), Debentures, and NCDs.
- Coordinating with NSDL and stakeholders for required compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI Debenture Trustee (DT) Regulations and other applicable laws.
- Issuing NOCs, Lending Confirmation Notices, Conditions Precedent Compliance letters, Custody & Security Confirmation Letters.
- Managing qualified correspondence with clients.
- Security & Charge Creation
- Assisting in creation, modification,



and satisfaction of charges on corporate assets, including mortgages and hypothecation.
- Monitoring security cover and financial covenants to ensure compliance.
- Operational Support
- Handling day-to-day operations of trusteeship business.
- Supporting internal teams in execution of trust documents and agreements.
