We are seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to manage and optimize our Dynamics 365/Power Platform setting. Drive system excellence through hands-on expertise and strategic problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Model-Driven Apps and custom solutions
- Manage CRM entities, customizations, and plugins
- Develop and configure Power Automate workflows
- Build Canvas Apps and Power Pages for enhanced user experience
- Lead troubleshooting and system optimization efforts
- Mentor technical team and provide guidance on best practices
- Drive configuration-based solutions and scenario analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of hands-on CRM experience
- Strong expertise in Model-Driven App development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and plugin development
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate and Canvas Apps
- Solid understanding of entities, customization, and OOB features
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
Nice to Have:
- Power Component Framework (PCF) development experience
- Custom Pages experience
- Dynamics 365 certifications
