CRO – Maintenance | Real Estate / Construction
- Handle customer maintenance requests, complaints, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with Engineering, MEP, Civil, and housekeeping teams for timely resolution.
- Attend to customer concerns and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repair activities at residential projects.
- Maintain records of complaints, work orders, service requests, and closure status.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for required maintenance works.
- Communicate updates to customers and ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
