We are hiring an experienced CRM Manager to manage our marketing CRM platform and lead our marketing operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage CRM platform (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho) and oversee database
- Design and execute marketing automation campaigns
- Lead marketing operations team (3-5 people)
- Create reports and dashboards for marketing performance
- Ensure CRM integration with other business tools
- Optimize customer data quality and processes
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years CRM management experience
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platform
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Marketing operations/automation experience
PREFERRED:
- CRM certifications (Salesforce Admin, HubSpot)
- Experience with multiple CRM platforms
- Knowledge of data analytics tools

SALARY: 40,000-45,000/-
