About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Integration Engineer to build, integrate, and automate CRM and business systems. The role involves working across CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, databases, and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, configure, and manage CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.

- Develop and maintain API and webhook integrations between CRM and other business applications.

- Build automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.

- Automate lead management, follow-ups, customer engagement, retention, and win-back processes.

- Create and manage customer lifecycle stages, tagging, routing, triggers, and automated actions.

- Integrate CRM with communication platforms such as WhatsApp, email, web chat, and other third-party tools.

- Ensure real-time and accurate data synchronization across multiple systems.

- Work with JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL to build custom integrations and automation solutions.

- Troubleshoot API, webhook, integration, and data synchronization issues.

- Build dashboards and reports around revenue, retention, churn,



customer engagement, and marketing attribution.

- Identify manual processes and convert them into automated workflows.

- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand requirements and improve system workflows.

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.

- Robust experience with APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks.

- Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent automation tools.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL.

- Experience with CRM integrations and third-party system integrations.

- Experience building dashboards/reports linked to business metrics.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
