Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CRM Head to manage and enhance customer relationships across the entire real estate lifecycle. The ideal candidate will oversee booking documentation, payment follow-ups, possession coordination, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the CRM department and team operations
- Develop and implement CRM SOPs and customer service processes
- Manage customer onboarding, booking documentation, and agreements
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams
- Monitor payment schedules, outstanding dues, and follow-ups for collections
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
- Ensure timely communication regarding project updates, possession, and handover
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems
- Track customer satisfaction,



complaint resolution, and service TAT
- Prepare CRM MIS reports and management dashboards
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes
- Train and monitor CRM executives for performance and service quality

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in real estate CRM
- Minimum 3 years in CRM management or team leadership role
- Solid understanding of booking, agreements, payment schedules, and possession processes
- Knowledge of RERA-related documentation preferred
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and escalation management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MIS reporting
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects preferred
