CRM Implmentation Manager (GoHighLevel & AI Automation) — Prospect AI (A TDS Group Company)

We're looking for someone who knows GoHighLevel inside out and can hold their own in front of a client.

ABOUT PROSPECT AI

Prospect AI is a brand under TDS Group, a Dubai-based performance marketing agency.

We build AI-powered CRM and lead management systems on GoHighLevel for service businesses across the UK and UAE — pipeline architecture, sales automation, and AI agents that respond to, qualify and follow up leads within seconds.

Our clients are business owners who want a working system, not a software subscription. That makes our onboarding and implementation process as much the product as the platform is.

THE ROLE

You own recent client projects from the moment they sign to the moment they’re live, trained and running independently. We go live in 14 days. You own that number.

You’ll run the onboarding call, gather everything needed to build, direct the build team, produce the client’s AI assets, deliver the training, and be the person the client trusts throughout.

You are not the builder — a dedicated technical specialist handles the CRM build. But you need real GoHighLevel depth, because you can’t lead a client, direct a build, or solve a live system issue without it.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

Deep GoHighLevel knowledge. This is non-negotiable and cannot be learned on the job. Workflows and automations, AI agents and conversation AI,



pipelines and stage architecture, custom fields and data structure, integrations and lead sources. You should also know WhatsApp Business API through GHL and have taken accounts through SMS A2P verification.

Communicating with clients in English

You’ll be on video calls with UK and UAE business owners constantly. You need excellent spoken and written English, confidence on camera, and the ability to explain technical things simply — so the client sees you as the expert in the room.

Solving technical problems

When something breaks, it comes to you. You’ll need a structured approach to diagnosing issues, the judgement to tell a genuine system fault from a client usage issue, and the ability to resolve it rather than escalate by default.

Managing projects to a 14-day timeline

You’ll run several client builds at once, all against the same deadline. That means chasing clients for access, unblocking delays, keeping the build team moving, and flagging risk early — not after a deadline has been missed.

Fully remote

$1,400 USD per month

Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm UAE time

Occasionally, a client onboarding or training call will fall outside these hours. You’ll be expected to join, and hours can be made up accordingly
