About the Role :

Radon India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced CRM Implementation Specialist (Zoho CRM) to lead the implementation, customization, automation and continuous improvement of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will work closely with Management, Sales, Marketing, MIS and Operations teams to streamline business processes and ensure maximum CRM adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Implementation & Administration

· Lead end-to-end Zoho CRM implementation and deployment.

· Configure CRM modules, custom fields, layouts, workflows and automation.

· Design and optimize lead management and sales pipelines.

· Create assignment rules, approval processes and notifications.

· Develop reports, dashboards and KPIs for management.

· Coordinate CRM integrations with Website, Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp, Telephony and other business applications.

Business Process & Automation

· Understand business requirements and convert them into CRM workflows.

· Analyse and improve sales and operational processes through automation.

· Prepare CRM documentation, SOPs and user manuals.

User Management & Training

· Create and manage users, roles and permissions.

· Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.

· Provide ongoing CRM support and resolve user issues.





· Ensure high user adoption across departments.

Reporting & Data Management :

· Develop daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

· Monitor sales pipeline, lead conversion, follow-up compliance and business performance.

· Ensure data quality, eliminate duplicate records and maintain CRM accuracy.

Coordination :

· Work with implementation partners and third-party integration providers.

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, MIS, Accounts, Production and Management teams.

· Support future CRM enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills :

· Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (preferred) or similar CRM platforms.

· Solid knowledge of CRM implementation, administration and workflow automation.

· Experience in business process mapping and CRM customization.

· Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead lifecycle and CRM best practices.

· Experience creating dashboards, reports and MIS.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

· Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Basic understanding of APIs and third-party integrations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

· End-to-end Zoho CRM implementation and customization.

· CRM migration and data import.

· Sales operations or business process improvement.

· Experience in manufacturing, B2B, dealer or project-based businesses.

· Zoho CRM Certification will be an added advantage.
