About the Role

Vanshdeep Group is looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized CRM Executive to manage customer-related data, documentation, coordination, and official field activities. The candidate will handle CRM-related tasks along with visiting banks, government offices, clients, project sites, and other locations for official work.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer and CRM records accurately.
- Handle customer documentation, forms, applications, and related records.
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments, banks, government offices, and other external parties.
- Visit banks, government offices, client locations, and project sites for official requirements.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, payments, and customer-related activities.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of required documents.
- Maintain proper records of field visits and completed tasks.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other departments as required.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and coordinate their requirements with the concerned department.




- Handle day-to-day CRM and administrative activities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information and company documents.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers with valuable communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and official coordination work.
- Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
