Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships and maintain customer records. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups. Make regular calls to existing and potential customers. Track leads, enquiries, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Follow up with customers for orders, payments, feedback, and repeat business. Maintain accurate customer databases and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Improve customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct customer feedback and resolve issues promptly. Support CRM campaigns, promotions, and customer communication.
Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Customer-focused approach. Positive problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
