CRM – Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer details in the CRM system.

Update customer enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and communication records.

Track leads from enquiry stage to conversion.

Make regular follow-up calls to customers and update the status in CRM.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding new leads and customer requirements.

Schedule and monitor customer follow-ups and appointments.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.

Monitor pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

Maintain accurate customer databases and ensure all information is up to date.

Track sales enquiries received through website, Meta, TradeIndia, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and other platforms.





Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, proposals, orders, delivery, and payment status.

Analyze lead and customer data to identify follow-up and conversion opportunities.

Maintain proper records of calls, meetings, messages, and customer interactions.

Support the management team with CRM-related reports and updates.
