Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM software and lead data
- Handle lead tracking, allocation & follow-ups
- Monitor sales leads and conversions
- Coordinate with the Sales Team
- Prepare CRM and sales reports
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM / Sales Operations / Lead Management preferred
- Good knowledge of CRM Software, MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong communication, analytical & multitasking skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
