Hybon Elevators, a leading manufacturer and supplier of elevators, is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle client coordination and relationship management. This is a non-sales role with no targets, focused purely on customer handling and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for customers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Share timely project updates and handle client queries
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain records using CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer handling / client servicing
- Industry preference: Elevators, Automobile,
Real Estate, Hospitality, Building Materials
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of Advance Excel- Vlookup Hlookup, Pivot etc.
- Pleasing personality, well-groomed, professional appearance
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- 3 days in a week night shift
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
