- Manage and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of customer concerns.

- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.

- Prepare reports on customer feedback and suggest improvements in products or services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
