- Maintains clean, accurate deal pipelines in DealCloud, partnering with deal teams/COOs on updates, hygiene reviews, and peripheral admin (NDA tracking, BV submissions).
- Aligns entities to Data Cortex, executing deduplication and enriching records with metadata; standardizes contacts and links them to Intapp data.
- Conducts Rel Intel clean-up (cancelled meetings, restricted keywords) to ensure interaction data quality and compliance.
- Tags interaction/email datapoints and notes with deal teams to improve searchability, reporting, and relationship visibility.
