We are looking for Analyst with 1+ yrs of strong Power BI knowledge and excellent analytical skills to join our CRM and Reporting team. You will work with business and technical teams to turn data into meaningful insights and support our CRM users

Key Responsibilities

Work with CRM data (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities) to build reports and dashboards.

- Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards, custom visuals, and connect to data sources (CRM, Excel, etc.).
- Prepare and clean data for reporting and analysis.
- Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas like VLOOKUP, etc.) for quick analysis and validation.
- Support in monitoring key metrics related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Help identify data issues, inconsistencies, and assist in resolving reporting problems.
- Optimize dashboards and reports for accuracy and performance.
- Present insights in a easy and clear way to the team, highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Support daytoday CRM activities such as basic user support, documentation, and process updates (training will be provided).




- Work closely with senior team members and the CRM development team to support enhancements and issue resolution.
- Contribute to data quality and data management initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

- Must have:
- Strong knowledge of Power BI (measures, basic DAX, visualizations, filters, slicers, etc.).
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, basic to intermediate formulas).
- Good to have / Will be trained on:
- Understanding of CRM concepts (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities).
- Basics of data visualization best practices.
- Basic knowledge of macros/VBA or other automation tools.
- Interest in customer data, sales pipeline analysis, and business reporting.

- Professional skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work in evening shifts (5:30 PM 2:30 AM).
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
