About the Role

Asia Pacific Group is looking for a CRM Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM management, preferably with solid experience working on Zoho CRM.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining CRM data, monitoring system usage, preparing reports, supporting users, and identifying opportunities to improve CRM processes and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, with a strong focus on Zoho CRM.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date customer and lead information.
- Create and maintain CRM workflows, fields, layouts, automation, and user permissions.
- Monitor leads and customer data across different stages of the sales process.
- Generate regular CRM reports and dashboards for management.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead movement, follow-ups, conversions, and overall CRM activity.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records and ensure timely data cleansing.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to understand CRM requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to CRM users and ensure proper system usage.
- Assist with CRM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of improvements.




- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Support data migration, imports, exports, and integrations when required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in CRM management, CRM analysis, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines, lead management, and customer data.
- Experience creating CRM reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work Schedule Shift Timing: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Work Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
