- Maintains continuity of care through explicit and concise verbal and written communication with all departments, internal and external customers

- Takes care of all dying patients, maintains seriousness and accompanies every dead body to the mortuary

Discharge Initiation

- Accompanying patient during shifting (between Ward to ICU/OT/Investigations).

- Preparing patient for surgery and shifting to OT.

- Receiving and giving post OP care.

- Assisting Doctor in bed side procedures/dressing.

- Nursing Documentation.

- Hand over/take over.

- Introduction to patient and attendant.

- Hourly rounds.

- Sample Collection and report follow up.

- Administrative- Monitoring Departmental Inventory/Equipment Check.

Cleaning and Disinfection of Patient Care Article(Monitor, steth, SPO2 Monitor, Thermometer BP Apparatus, Glucometer, Pulse oximeter, ECG Machine etc.)
