Heroical Marine Services Private Limited is sourcing an experienced Crew Management Partner for a leading global ship management organisation based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage crew operations and service delivery for assigned vessels/fleet
- Ensure effective crew planning, rotation and workforce management
- Manage crew engagement, welfare and retention
- Coordinate closely with Fleet Management, Marine HR and Crewing Operations
- Act as an escalation point for crew-related operational matters
- Monitor crewing KPIs and ensure contractual service levels are achieved
- Manage and support crew operating budgets and cost planning
- Handle urgent vacancies and crew-change requirements
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, flag-state requirements and internal processes
- Support client reporting, audits and continuous process improvement

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with:

✅ Strong experience in the maritime / shipping industry

✅ Experience in Crew Management / Crewing Operations / Marine HR / Fleet Personnel

✅ Strong knowledge of crew planning and workforce management

✅ Experience handling multiple vessels and/or fleet requirements

✅ Positive understanding of crewing budgets,



KPIs and performance reporting

✅ Strong stakeholder and client-management capabilities

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

✅ Good digital and data-analysis proficiency

Preferred

⭐ Experience working with multinational ship management organisations

⭐ Knowledge of ShipSure or similar crew-management/planning systems

⭐ Experience managing international seafarer pools

⭐ Strong understanding of crew retention, rotation and career planning
