– Credit Risk Underwriter

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Experience: 1–2 years in Credit Underwriting

Industry: FinTech / NBFC / Digital Lending

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess customer creditworthiness and loan applications.
- Analyse CIBIL reports, bank statements, income and repayment behaviour.
- Identify credit risks, fraud indicators and deviations from lending policies.
- Review and recommend loan approvals/rejections as per credit policy.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare credit/risk reports.
- Coordinate with operations and collection teams for credit-related matters.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in FinTech/NBFC/Digital Lending.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of credit risk and the lending lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Valuable communication and decision-making skills.
