As a Credit Officer, you will play a vital role in our organization's financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage credit-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee credit operations, including credit approvals, disbursements, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Review and analyze credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant documents to assess creditworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all credit-related activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance on credit-related matters.
- Monitor and manage credit risk, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a credit-related role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with credit management software and systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
