- Underwrite and evaluate LAP/Mortgage loan proposals as per company credit policy.
- Analyse customer income, banking, ITR, GST, FOIR and LTV.
- Review property valuation, legal reports and related documents.
- Identify credit risks, deviations and red flags before taking credit decisions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure timely credit decisions while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.
- Monitor portfolio performance and support the credit team in complex cases.
