About the Role

We are looking for a Credit & Liability Underwriter / Insurance Executive to join our team.

We are open to two types of candidates:

Fresher / Entry-Level

Fresher – He has good communication skills, a positive attitude, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

The candidate will be trained on Credit & Liability Insurance products, policies, renewals and client servicing.

This is a Techno-Marketing / Client Coordination role, involving both office-based calling and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients regarding insurance policies and products.
- Explain policy features and requirements to clients.
- Follow up on policy renewals.
- Prepare and coordinate RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams.
- Collect required information/documents from clients.
- Attend client meetings and visits when required.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and quotations.
- Develop a strong understanding of Credit & Liability insurance products.
- Support the team in day-to-day insurance operations.

Important: This role does not have a sales target. The focus is on client communication, insurance product understanding, RFQ preparation, coordination and relationship management.

Experienced Candidate

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Credit & Liability Insurance will be preferred.





Candidates with experience in other insurance segments may also be considered if they have positive product knowledge, client-handling ability and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client requirements related to Credit & Liability insurance.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare and manage RFQs.
- Coordinate with insurers for quotations and policy requirements.
- Handle renewals and follow-ups.
- Communicate with clients and insurance companies.
- Participate in client meetings and visits.
- Maintain documentation and policy-related records.
- Support underwriting and policy servicing activities.

Candidate Profile For Freshers:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn insurance products and processes.
- Comfortable with calling and client visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with different stakeholders.

For Experienced Candidates:

- 1+ year of experience in Credit & Liability Insurance preferred.
- Candidates from other insurance domains may also apply.
- Experience in client servicing,



underwriting, RFQs or policy coordination will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and documentation.
