- Handle collection issues and ensure timely payments from customers as per contract terms
- Experience in LC negotiations including sight and usance LC
- Drive reduction of overdue balances and improve cash flow
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to manage notices for delayed payments or unmet contract terms
- Maintain database of payment terms and payment status for each project
- Coordinate with departments to support banker or lender requirements for loan sanction and disbursement
- Prepare and report monthly collection rolling forecasts
- Develop, implement, and enforce credit control policies and procedures
- Prepare and present reports on receivables, bad debts, and risk exposure
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Credit Control
