- Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Coordinate with dispatch team to resolve any issues related to orders and deliveries.
- Analyze financial data using Excel spreadsheets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and inventory levels.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of credit control principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
