Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers regarding credit card payments and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with customers for pending and overdue payments.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate payment-related solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements while following process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and collection records in the system.
- Achieve assigned collection, quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6+ months of experience in US Credit Card Collections.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- B2H/C1 level English proficiency required.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Candidates with experience in Texas,



OnePay, AMEX, Barclays, Astra, Encore, or Genpact Collections will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Eligibility

- Candidates must have relevant experience in US Credit Card Collections.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
- Strong English communication is mandatory.
- Candidate must be comfortable working from office in Sector 64, Noida.
- Candidate must be comfortable with rotational/night shifts.
- Candidates should be available for the complete interview process.
