Credit Analysis_Fund Finance (Sr. Associate/Delivery Lead)

Key responsibilities

- The candidate should possess a reasonable knowledge of the processes related to the credit appraisal of Fund Finance (Subscription finance/NAV) and monitoring such loans on a continuous basis.
- Relevant knowledge of derivatives products (hedging lines like forex etc.) for private equity is required.
- Candidates who are working on lending to PE Funds/Asset managers or are working at a KPO/Captive and are closely involved in these processes will be given preference.
- The candidate should have a thorough understanding of fund finance and should be able to fund reports and financial performance of assets.
- Should demonstrate understanding of loan agreements and applicable covenants related to subscription finance like Loan to Value Test,



Net Asset Value Test and Undrawn capital commitments Test.
- The candidate should have experience in monitoring covenant levels, calculate the covenant headroom.
- The candidate should have understanding of the borrowing base, analyze the investors

Key competencies

- Solid understanding of credit principles, policies and regulations for Banks and Financial Institutions counterparties.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M.

Com or equivalent degree.

- 5 - 8 year’s relevant experience in the field of credit analysis
