Job Summary: We’re hiring a full-time Loan DSA to drive MSME loan disbursals under schemes like CGTMSE, PMEGP, Mudra Loan and Start up loan etc. along with Unsecured Business Loans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Sourcing & Consultation

- Source MSME leads via qualified channels, internal leads, or referrals
- Assess business needs and match them with suitable loans or schemes
- Clearly explain product features, eligibility, and benefits

2. Documentation & Execution

- Collect and verify necessary documents Ensure complete, compliant submissions for faster processing Coordinate with partner banks, NBFCs, and internal ops teams

3. Pipeline & Performance Tracking

- Maintain and update funnel of applications using dashboards or MIS
- Meet monthly disbursal targets (individual + team-wise)
- Follow up with lenders and internal teams to drive case closures

4. Client Servicing & Closure

- Act as the single point of contact for high-value clients
- Provide timely updates, resolve queries, and support post-disbursal needs

5. Team Supervision (Loan Sub-Vertical)

- Guide a small team handling only loan-related cases
- Review file quality, assist with escalations, and ensure process discipline




- Track team performance and align with monthly targets

6. Market Intelligence & Relationship Management

- Stay informed on new schemes, policy changes, and competitor activity
- Maintain long-term relationships for upsell or referrals  Share insights to improve product offerings and client experience

Skills & Experience

- 1–2 years in MSME loans, unsecured lending, or scheme execution
- Familiar with documentation: ITR, GST, bank statements, Udyam, etc.
- Fluent in Hindi/Marathi (English preferred)
- Strong sales, client-handling, and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience leading a small team (formal/informal)

Eligibility

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for client or bank visits
- Passion for MSME growth and execution ownership
