Role Description The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging user-generated content across social media and digital platforms that aligns with PPStack’s brand and educational mission. In this full time remote role, the UGC Content Creator will create short-form videos, posts, and stories, collaborate with learners and partners to source authentic experiences, and transform them into compelling narratives and campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming content ideas, scripting and shooting content, editing videos and graphics,



and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The UGC Content Creator will also monitor trends in EdTech and social media, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with marketing and product teams to support launches, courses, and community initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including short-form video production, copywriting, and visual storytelling for social media platforms.
- Experience with basic video editing, graphic design tools, and content publishing workflows across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to research topics, understand audience needs, and translate learner experiences into relatable, high-impact UGC campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including social media strategy, engagement tactics, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, digital skills, and career development; prior experience in education, training, or online learning is a plus.
- Relevant academic background or practical experience in communications, media, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
