Role Description The Creative Visual Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Puducherry, India. In this position, the designer develops visual concepts and designs for web and mobile interfaces, marketing campaigns, and brand assets. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, layouts, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines; collaborating with marketing and development teams; and preparing design files for digital and print use.

The role also involves refining existing designs, ensuring consistency across platforms, and contributing creative ideas to enhance user experience and brand impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and Graphic Design skills,



with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, video editing, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess Branding and Graphics skills to create cohesive visual identities and marketing materials.
- Candidates should possess Web Design skills, including creating user-friendly layouts and assets for websites and web applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of design for social media and digital marketing.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant education in design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, CapCut, or Filmora.
