We are looking for a highly organized Creative Production Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our creative crew and clients. You will manage crew scheduling, travel bookings, and asset delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate client briefings and translate requirements into crew logs.
- Schedule team bookings, equipment logs, and travel itineraries.
- Track post-production progress and deliver final files.
- Manage client calls and feedback queues.

Requirements
- 2+ years coordinating events, visual shoots, or production projects.
- Highly articulate written and verbal communication.
- A problem-solving mindset that stays calm under schedule constraints.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, calendar tools, and project management apps.

Preferred skills
- Background in photography, film, or advertising design.
- Familiarity with client portals or CRM software.
