KIOKU Creations is looking for a Creative Production & Studio Operations Assistant to join our small, hands-on creative team.

If you enjoy stickers, stationery, design, organising things, experimenting with machines, working with your hands, and figuring out how things work, this could be a great opportunity to learn how a creative product goes from an idea to a finished product that reaches a customer.

You don't need years of experience.

You could be a college fresher, a final-year student, or someone just starting their career. What matters most to us is that you're curious, tech-savvy, detail-oriented and excited to learn.

What will you actually do?

You'll be involved in the behind-the-scenes process that brings KIOKU's creative products to life.

Your work may include

Learning to operate sticker-cutting and other production machines

Preparing and finishing sticker sheets and individual stickers

Working with paper, stationery, creative kits and other products

Packing customer orders and creating neat, attractive packaging

Preparing kits, freebies and materials for customers and events

Maintaining inventory and updating stock records using Excel

Counting, sorting, labelling and organising products

Keeping track of materials, packaging and supplies

Helping with courier/post-office dispatches when required

Helping prepare materials for KIOKU events and creative workshops





Keeping the studio and storage areas organised

Helping the team with everyday creative and operational tasks

We want someone who is comfortable with technology

You don't need to be a computer expert.

But you should be someone who is comfortable learning current tools and figuring things out.

You should have

- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn production equipment and digital tools
- Ability to follow processes while also being able to solve small problems independently
- Positive attention to detail

One practical requirement

You should be able to operate a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence, as occasional trips for courier/post-office dispatches or other work-related requirements may be needed.

You should also be able to read, write and communicate in English and Hindi.
