About the Role

Manthan – The Media Studios is looking for a creative and confident Anchor – Writer – Producer who can manage storytelling, on-camera hosting, scriptwriting, and content production.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and writing skills, a confident screen presence, and the ability to take content projects from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

Writing & Content

- Research, conceptualize, and write scripts for videos, interviews, events, documentaries, and digital content.
- Develop engaging storylines, voice-over scripts, and creative content.
- Ensure strong narrative flow and consistency in tone and messaging.

Anchoring & Presentation

- Host videos, interviews, talk shows, campus events, and branded content.
- Demonstrate confident on-camera presence and clear articulation.
- Interact effectively with guests, students, and other talent.

Production

- Manage content projects from ideation and planning to execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate with camera, creative,



and post-production teams.
- Manage shoot schedules, talent coordination, and production requirements.
