About the client

A new-age media and content company focused on storytelling, creative production, and building culturally relevant content for a global audience.

The Role

You work directly with our founder, turning ideas into finished content. You take a spark and make it a deck, a concept note, a script or a cut - often all in the same week. You move fluidly between formats: a music video today, a teaser tomorrow, a factual series pitch the day after.

What You Will Do





- Develop concepts and stories for factual entertainment formats
- Build compelling pitch decks and treatment documents
- Write scripts for short form edits, teasers and promos
- Sit on edits with editors and shape cuts hands on
- Switch between formats and tones without losing sharpness
- Use AI tools across the development pipeline - research, writing, visualisation

What We Need:
- 4-5+ years in film, TV, digital content or factual entertainment
- Robust writing and storytelling instincts
- Proficiency with deck making (Keynote, Google Slides or similar)
- Basic editing ability (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Fluency with AI tools for creative work
- Portfolio depth over job titles - show us work you drove end to end
- Willingness to relocate to Bengaluru
- Hardworking, sharp, self driven
