About the Role

Nuvo Aeon Diamond & Jewellery is seeking an experienced Creative Head to lead the brand's overall creative direction across digital, social media, campaigns, and product storytelling. This role will be responsible for shaping the brand's visual and narrative identity while leading a team of designers and content creators.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the brand's creative vision, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, motion graphics artists, and content creators
- Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, from ideation through final delivery, across social media, digital advertising, and e-commerce
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business objectives




- Review and approve all creative deliverables to maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Stay abreast of design, fashion, and luxury industry trends to keep the brand's creative work competitive
- Manage creative budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in a creative role, including at least 3 years managing a creative team
- Prior experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brand storytelling preferred
- A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across branding, campaigns, and multi-format content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
