- Own and lead the end-to-end creative studio and visual output.

- Lead creative across e-commerce, social, retail, brand and performance channels.

- Manage teams across photography, video, styling, cataloguing and visual communications.

- Build scalable creative processes while maintaining quality, speed and consistency.

- Partner with category, performance and business teams to deliver business-focused creative.

- Drive AI adoption within creative production and content workflows

The Successful Applicant





- Strong e-commerce/D2C creative experience.

- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary creative teams.

- Strong understanding of both brand-building and performance creative.

- Experience in a fast-paced consumer brand or leading agency environment.

- Ability to balance creative quality, speed, scale and business outcomes.

- Exposure to fashion/apparel/retail and AI-led creative production would be advantageous.
