Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphic Director to lead the motion design team and oversee the creation of high-quality, visually engaging animations and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should have a solid creative vision, expertise in motion design, and the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling visual stories across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the end-to-end production of motion graphics, animations, and video content.

Develop creative concepts, visual styles, and motion design strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Direct and mentor motion designers, animators, and video editors.





Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.

Ensure consistency in visual storytelling, animation quality, and brand identity across projects.

Review storyboards, animatics, design layouts, and final motion assets.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design, animation, and digital content.

Present creative concepts and motion design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Provide constructive feedback and ensure continuous improvement in the team's creative output.
