Role Description As a Creative Director at Nocturnnal, you will lead the development of visual and conceptual direction across creator brands and agency initiatives. This full time hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. You will oversee creative strategy, guide brand positioning, and manage the execution of campaigns and content across digital and traditional channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with talent managers and creators, directing design teams, reviewing and refining visual assets, and ensuring all creative output aligns with brand goals and audience expectations. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions,



present creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy for brands, campaigns, or content-led initiatives.
- Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction, with a portfolio showcasing consistent, compelling brand identities.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and familiarity with common design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with comfort working closely with creators and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from Ahmedabad, maintaining productivity and responsiveness across in-office and remote work.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Experience in talent management, entertainment, or digital content industries is an advantage.
